Michelle Chung and Nancy Donahue founded mPWR10 Partners.

In their own successful corporate careers, Michelle and Nancy gained significant leadership, management and coaching experience. From this strong starting point, they extensively researched, developed and thoroughly tested mPWR10. Using mPWR10 just 10 minutes a day cultivates a positive mindset and helps you to deliver the results you want both professionally and personally.

Combining their corporate experience with their mPWR10 passion and expertise, Michelle and Nancy help individuals and teams to become more confident, solution-oriented, engaged, resilient, accountable, and achieve their goals. They speak to a variety of audiences nationally, lead mPWR10 sessions, and provide one-to-one coaching.

Michelle Chung

Michelle brings more than 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry encompassing marketing, lifecycle development, new product planning and sales leadership. She has developed and led many individuals and cross functional teams, most recently as Senior Director of Marketing at Anesiva. Prior to this, at GlaxoSmithKline, Michelle led the successful marketing launches of Avandia in the United Kingdom, and Avandamet in the United States. During this time, she was an award winning sales leader. Michelle also currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of The Children’s Heart Foundation, Pennsylvania Chapter. Nancy Donahue

Nancy’s experience spans 20 years of pharmaceutical sales, marketing and management. As a member of the Executive Team, and serving as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Nancy both built and led the commercial organization at Anesiva. During her 15 year tenure at GlaxoSmithKline, Nancy was Marketing Director of the diabetes franchise, launched, and led the team responsible for growing Coreg into a billion-dollar brand. Joseph Dowling, M.S., LPC is the Director of Training for the Milton H. Erickson Institute of Philadelphia. He specializes in solution-focused and peak performance psychology.
